A 10 acre land at Goonipalayam village 70 km off Chennai at Thiruvallur district Tamil nadu is the focus of attention. The vision of Parvathy Farms is to showcase how a dry land can be converted to a verdant area and to show the role of Desi cow in sustainable maintenance of farm and environment. The future plan is to make it open to public and school children for Education and Environmental tourism. This vision requires public participation to make it a success.
A GHO and VRUKSHA SEVA TRUST has been formed to nurture the trees in the farm and the native cows in the Ghoshaala. The trust conducts several events regularly. Interested people can participate in these events.
